BRANCH CLASS (for intermediate and experienced dancers)

Thursday nights during term time. (Restarts 13th September 2018)

The Branch Class takes place at 7.15pm on Thursdays at Westfield School, Elmfield Road, Gosforth.  Map

The first part of the class aims to develop all aspects of dancing technique, including phrasing, posture, use of hands and accuracy of footwork.  The second half focuses more on figures or dances which may be more complex or less frequently danced.  The social element of dancing runs throughout the class and there is always lots of laughter!

Dancers who are familiar with all basic figures and are keen to develop their dancing skills further are very welcome.  There is the option to attend the first part only or the full evening.

The teacher is Deb Lees and the music is provided by pianists Patricia Cass and Gillian Stewart (unless other music is needed in practising for display).

For anyone who has not attended this class and wants to find out more, please contact Deb on or 0191 2170496.

It costs £4 per night.

For those in full time education the cost is £2 per night.  For further details contact Deb on or 0191 2170496

Second and Fourth Tuesdays in the month (starting 25th Sept. 2018) from 8.15 - 9.15pm  at Trinity Christian Community Centre, Lartington Gardens, South Gosforth.  New members are always welcome.
